Sizing

Tungsten is a beautiful metal and the hardest of all metals available for jewelry today. This is wonderful because unlike other metals, like gold or titanium, your new tungsten ring from the Tungsten Ring Store will not dull quickly, but retain its brilliant luster for years. But because the metal is so hard it is very difficult to size, and cannot be resized. You want to be sure of the size of ring you need before we send it to you.

The Tungsten Ring Store is willing to help you with this issue as much as possible. Even if you don’t know the size of the ring you need, you can still order your new ring today. You can process your purchase and take care of billing and shipping issues right now. Just make sure when you are asked what size you need to select the “not sure” option. You are then given 2 business days to find out exactly what size you need.

Another option is to have the Tungsten Ring Store send you a sizing kit in the mail. If you know that you need a sizing kit you may also choose that option when checking out. Please understand that having a sizing kit sent to you does delay the process until we can confirm the size that you need and process your order. The charge for having a sizing kit sent to you is $15.

If you do order the incorrect size you can return the ring to the Tungsten Ring Store and we will try to accommodate you the best we can. If a brand new ring needs to be manufactured then we will need to charge an additional fee. We encourage all our customers to select the “not sure” or the “sizing kit” options in the checkout process if they are uncertain of the correct size.
